Refund Policy

We want you to love your PUREE purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Some items are non-returnable, including custom or embroidered products, personalized items, gift cards, final sale items, and personal care products that have been opened or used, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
