Products & Pricing
We strive for accuracy, but errors in pricing, descriptions, or images may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel any orders affected by them, with a full refund if you're charged.

Orders & Fulfillment
Some products are fulfilled via third-party suppliers (including through our partner Modalyst). By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which apply to all purchases.

Custom & Embroidered Products
Some PUREE pieces feature custom embroidery and branding. Because these items are made to order, they may have longer processing times and may not be eligible for return unless defective or incorrect. This will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property
The PUREE name, logo, slogan ("A Dose of We"), and all brand assets — including the four pillars, product tier names, and brand story — are the property of PUREE LLC and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PUREE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.
